Sharif Farha is a seasoned, consumer-focused investor with over a decade of experience spanning both public and private markets. He began his career in 2011 at Artio Global Investors, a $50bn global equity fund based in New York, before becoming a Partner at R Squared Capital Management. After relocating to Dubai, he joined Amwal Capital Partners, a MENA-focused hedge fund, and went on to found Safehouse Capital in 2019- an equity fund dedicated to high-growth consumer brands.



In 2022, Sharif joined HB Investments as a Partner and Head of Investments, where he leads all public and private market activity. Alongside his investment expertise, he brings valuable operational insight, having helped incubate Humantra, the region’s fastest-growing supplement brand, and advised multiple emerging brands across the Middle East and US. Sharif holds a BA in Economics from New York University.
