Noor is a Venture Partner at Global Ventures, where he leads portfolio management and value creation efforts. He brings a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of the founder journey, having worked closely with some of the region’s most dynamic entrepreneurs through pivotal moments of growth and transformation. At Global Ventures, Noor partners with portfolio companies to provide practical support and strategic insight, helping founders scale sustainably, navigate complexity, and unlock long-term value.

Noor brings over 12 years of leadership experience from Endeavor, where he played a central role in supporting high-impact entrepreneurs and accelerating their growth trajectories. As Managing Director of Endeavor UAE, he founded and scaled the UAE office and built a strong network of founders, investors, and ecosystem partners. Under his leadership, Endeavor UAE became a leading platform for entrepreneurial growth, enabling founders to expand into new markets, strengthen leadership teams, and overcome critical scaling challenges.

Noor holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University and is a graduate of the Stanford-Endeavor Innovation and Growth Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
