Rosa Piro is Chief Investments Officer at Arada, where she leads the company’s strategic expansion through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments in new business verticals. She joined Arada at its formation and has played a pivotal role in its evolution from a property developer into an integrated real estate and lifestyle ecosystem with global operations. Today, Arada functions as a multi-vertical organisation with both business and consumer brands, and a development pipeline of 55,000 units valued at AED130 billion across the UAE, UK, and Australia.

Rosa has been instrumental in identifying and executing high-impact growth opportunities, including Arada’s landmark acquisitions in London and the establishment of joint ventures that have significantly expanded the company’s landbank. She also oversees all commercial and institutional partnerships in healthcare, education, and hospitality, and manages Arada’s growing portfolio of retail and commercial assets. In addition, Rosa leads the company’s ESG vertical, guiding Arada’s sustainability and ethical governance agenda. She serves as Director of the Arada Foundation and has led the successful implementation of Home for a Home, the Foundation’s flagship initiative launched in 2022.

Prior to joining Arada, Rosa led operations for Oxford Business Group in several key growth markets. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and a master’s in International Management from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.
