Juliet Zhu is a seasoned technologist and investor-turned-operator with deep expertise in private equity and venture capital, spanning both public and private markets in the technology sector. With experience across online marketplaces, e-commerce, automotives, SaaS, travel, and fintech, she brings a unique combination of investor perspective and operational execution, leveraging technology as a key driver in scaling hyper-growth. She is an active angel investor in future technologies in AI, Health and Consumer technology.


Juliet has a strong track record in identifying and scaling disruptive technology businesses. Her investment career has spanned global macro hedge funds and VC firms, backing technology innovators in fintech, AI-driven platforms, and consumer internet. As an operator, she paves the path for hypergrowth through building technological capacity and knowledge capital across the organisations


At Carsome, Southeast Asia’s leading auto-ecommerce platform, she played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a post-Series B startup into a profitable, multi-billion-dollar enterprise. As Group CFO and later Group President, she spearheaded the use of AI-driven pricing models, real-time data analytics, and operational automation to drive efficiency, optimize capital allocation, and enable rapid expansion. Under her leadership, Carsome successfully integrated multiple acquisitions, launched a direct to consumer brand, and developed a high-frequency marketplace, setting the foundation for long-term scalability.


She remains on the board of Carsome, serving as an non executive director and a member of the Audit Committee. Juliet is an Accredited Director certified by the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) and Certified in Corporate Governance, International Director’s Program, INSEAD. She serves on the boards of high-growth technology companies and non-profits. She is particularly passionate about applying technology to scale businesses, governance excellence, and female empowerment through education.


She set up Constellation Ventures to fulfill her ambition as a global super scaler. Constellation Ventures is a Dubai headquartered venture scaler and investment platform that creates, invests, and operates high-growth businesses across GCC, with a particular edge in importing proven Asian and Western models and localising them for GCC markets. The firm blends venture studio execution (hands-on company building) with flexible capital vehicles (funds and SPVs) and a “landing pad” that derisks new venture’ first 18 months on the ground.
