Manal Rostom is Egypt's most prominent female marathoner & mountaineer. She’s a Dubai-based athlete , coach , content creator and women’s rights activist. She recently made history as first Egyptian woman to climb Mt Everest (2022) and complete the 6 World Marathon Majors (2023). In 2020 she was listed as one of “Africa’s top 50 most powerful women” by Forbes. Manal embodies the ethos of ‘inspiration with impact’ having used sports, her ideas, passion and positivity to change perceptions and lives around the world. In her motivational talks, she shares her story of breaking the bias via Sports and using the power of her women’s only , award - winning, Facebook - community, “Surviving Hijab” to change the lives of Muslim women , worldwide.
