Fatima Alloghani is an Emirati entrepreneur, corporate leader and adventurer - being the first woman from the UAE to travel solo across 14 countries on a motorcycle.

Fatima's passion and expertise in Emiratization has allowed her to hold leadership HR roles in some of the top organizations in the UAE such as Expo 2020, Dubai World, Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi Terminals, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and Majid Al Futtaim. Her latest venture, Born 2 Localize, capitalizes on two decades of best practices developed in human resources, talent management, retention and leadership training - especially for Emiratis. Fatima's expertise is highly sought after as a trusted advisor and change maker for Government and Corporations seeking Emiratization strategies that are sustainable, impact driven and work across the board - from entry level to leadership.

Outside of her corporate and entrepreneurial life, Fatima gained global fame for her journey from Dubai to Germany - a 7000 km solo motorcycle ride that took her through Iraq, the Balkans, and several countries where, as a woman rider she was met with curiosity, admiration and acclaim. Previously, she rode on a journey from Delhi to the Himalayas riding alone 5,400 meters above sea level. When asked about why she took on such a challenging and ambitious journey she said, "I rode alone to find myself - but found my country riding beside me."

Fatima's life mission is now to inspire women around the world to be fearless, ambitious, chase their dreams while realizing that these freedoms do not come at the cost of upholding their traditions and are not unaligned with each other. Fatima is currently pursuing her PhD in Business Administration from Clermont Business School and when she is not riding on her motor bike, she loves spending time with her family.
