Tambi Jalouqa is a builder and early-stage investor focused on technical founders building global products. He is the Managing Partner of Maza Ventures, a venture fund backing startups across MENA and beyond, with a particular interest in founders before they relocate.

Alongside investing, Tambi is building Xpand, a community and platform for software builders, engineers, and product people. His work sits at the intersection of technology, capital, and community, with a long-term goal of helping more world-class companies emerge from underrepresented ecosystems.
