Salman, a CASS Business School graduate and Gen Z entrepreneur, began his journey at 19 after spotting a gap in the peer-to-peer delivery market. Building the business from scratch without external support, he grew a team of 28, achieved 4,000 daily deliveries, and onboarded over 6,000 freelance riders across London. Despite COVID-19 and Brexit challenges, he embraced risk and pivoted into robotics and manufacturing-an unfamiliar field-bringing his vision to life within a year through the creation of PeykBot.
