Mohammad Gharbat is the founder and CEO of OpenCX, a Y Combinator–backed AI customer support platform.
He started OpenCX after running into how broken and fragmented enterprise customer support actually is. The company builds AI agents that handle real, high-volume support across chat, email, and voice, including complex and regulated cases that most automation tools avoid.
Mohammad is hands-on with product, systems, and sales. He focuses on putting AI into real production environments early, optimizing for reliability, trust, and failure handling instead of polished demos. His work centers on replacing entire support stacks with a single AI-native system rather than adding another layer on top.
He works across the US, Europe, and the Middle East, with a strong focus on enterprise customers in the GCC, especially Saudi Arabia.
