Mohamed Al Binali is a UAE national and senior ecosystem builder with over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, SME financing, and platform development. He is the GM of Numou (ADGM), a government SME financing marketplace under ADGM, where he focuses on aggregating lenders and fintechs to unlock capital for SMEs. Previously, he held leadership roles at Hub71 and the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, supporting startups, investors, and SME growth across the UAE. Mohamed holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Suffolk University (Boston) and is deeply committed to strengthening the UAE’s SME and innovation ecosystem.
