Kinda started her career as a Water & Environmental
Engineer at several US multinationals.
After having her & Sultan’s second child in New York City,
she decided to take a break from corporate life and
explore her creative side so enrolled at the International
Culinary Center where she earned a diploma in Pastry Arts.
Her passion for baking and desserts continued to grow
over the years and became the future base for Tano's at 8
popular dessert line which was a hit at every supper club
the pair hosted.
Kinda is constantly experimenting with new techniques to
elevate her desserts and create something new. Now all
her sweet creations will be making their way to the Eleven
Green menus in 2023 & beyond
