Founded in 2022 by Judy Karkour, ode came from a need for ingredient fueled meals. Each menu is designed to highlight a single ingredient throughout every dish. Ingredients are selected on a seasonal basis to ensure the utmost flavor and freshness. At each part of the proces ode is committed to sustainability wherever possible. Judy Karkour is a chef and creative whose work explores the intersection of sustainability, culture, flavors, & storytelling. Through her supper clubs and food series, she brings Levantine traditions into dialogue with contemporary culinary innovation, championing thoughtful, full-use cooking. The workshop will present simple methods to reduce food waste and offer inspiration to cook creatively and sustainably.
