Inaya Bhasin is a youth changemaker and co-founder of ARISE—a non-for-profit initiative built on three pillars: Empowerment, Education and Conservation. Under her leadership, ARISE has delivered tangible results across East Africa, specifically in Tanzania. Through ARISE’s initiatives, over 350,000 meals have been provided to students at Songoro Myonge School through their hot meals programme, 1 million tree seedlings have been planted, and hundreds of laptops have been donated. Working alongside her two younger sisters, Inaya brings the strategic brainstorming that shapes ARISE’s long term vision. Inaya is passionate about social justice and using collaboration to make a meaningful impact.
