and Chairman of the Emirati agriculture pioneer association and the founder and CEO of Gracia Group, an innovative model based in
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, dedicated to revolutionizing the agricultural sector.
Under Al Hamed’s leadership, Gracia Group developed a 360° model of farming that includes construction, entrepreneurship, design,
academic training, technology, recycling, food industries, AI, and agricultural and medical tourism. This approach supports global
farming needs and sustainability.
In 2024, Gracia Farm was awarded a Guinness World Record for hosting the world’s largest agriculture lesson, with 290 participants —
showing his focus on awareness and community involvement.
