Khalid Mohammed Alnuaimi is the Director General of the Federal Youth Authority in the United Arab Emirates, where he leads the national efforts to empower and elevate Emirati youth across the country. With over a decade of experience in government communication, youth development, and higher education, Alnuaimi has played a pivotal role in shaping youth-centered strategies at the national level.
In his current role, he oversees the implementation of the UAE National Youth Agenda 2031, driving progress across its five strategic pillars: Economic Empowerment, Future Skills and Education, Global Youth Leadership, Cultural Values, and Wellbeing. Under his leadership, the Authority has activated hundreds of youth councils, expanded youth participation across sectors, and launched innovative programs that position young Emiratis as key contributors to the nation’s future.
Alnuaimi holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from the Higher Colleges of Technology and an MBA in International Business from the University of Dubai. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Scholars Program at NYU Abu Dhabi and the UAE Government Leaders Program by the Prime Minister’s Office.
