An energetic, results-driven leader, Gregg excels at building high-performing teams and delivering sustained growth across Enterprise, SMB, and Small Office segments.

His leadership combines strong commercial experience with hands-on expertise in marketing and sales within technologies including AI, Cloud, Mobility, and connectivity solutions across multiple industries and vendors. He has a deep understanding of how to make complex technologies such as Telecoms, Cloud, Virtualisation, Server, Storage and Networking accessible to a range of customer segments.

Since joining du, Gregg has forged strategic partnerships with DIFC Innovation Hub, Ignyte, and Sheeraa, enabling small businesses and entrepreneurs across the UAE to scale faster, adopt digital solutions, and compete efficiently and effectively.

Prior to du, Gregg held senior leadership roles in both B2B and B2C organisations in the UK, driving CX transformation, e-commerce growth, organisational restructuring, and business expansion in fast-moving, competitive environments.

With multiple years of experience in the B2B and B2C arena serving as part of UK Senior Leadership teams with demonstrable success and know-how in CX, e-commerce, team restructuring and leading a dynamic, fast paced, and successful business.
