Ajar is originally from Kazakhstan and has been living in Dubai for the past five years.
Her love for cooking began in childhood while helping her mother in the kitchen, where she built a strong foundation in flavors and ingredients. Later, living in South Korea, France, and the UK broadened her culinary horizons and deepened her passion for food.
A year ago, she launched supper clubs and workshops, teaching people how to make Central Asian-style dumplings and noodles. Her mission is to spread love through food, build connections, and create a sense of belonging rooted in family and friendship. After leaving her corporate career, she joined the ICCA Culinary Academy in Dubai to pursue her culinary dream and recently won 3 rd place at World Food Championship 2025 in the noodles category.
