Andy has over 17 years experience in the career-readiness, leadership and professional development space across the world. He currently runs EvolveCareers, a Future of Work EdTech company focussed on helping bridge the gap between education and the world of work. Partnering with employers, schools and universities globally, EvolveCareers helps students develop the most in-demand skills needed in today and tomorrow's world, ensuring they are university- and career-ready.

Andy is also Chair of the Times Higher Education International Schools Advisory Board, Board member and Chair of the Education Sub-Committee at the Pace Centre, and a Fellow at the Royal Society of the Arts. He has a MA (Hons) in Social Anthropology at the University of Edinburgh. In his previous role he was CEO of Common Purpose Student Experiences, a non-profit running leadership development and employability programmes for students at over 100 universities worldwide.
