Dubai-based businesswoman and philanthropist Muna Al Gurg is the Vice-Chairperson and Director of Retail at Al Gurg Group. She holds several board positions, including at HSBC Bank Middle East and Endeavour UAE and formerly chaired Young Arab Leaders.

A dedicated advocate for women in business, she conducts internal ‘open floor’ sessions and launched the Muna Al Gurg Scholarship at London Business School for female MBA students.

Her non-profit leadership includes the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation, the Emirates Foundation (working with Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan) and the UNHCR Sustainability Board. Additionally, she serves on the Dubai Collection Steering Committee, under the leadership of Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to promote the emirate's art.
