Mohamed Hamza is an Investment Manager at Antler MENAP, working with founders from Day 0; often before teams, products, or data are fully formed, to shape early conviction, evaluate fundamentals, and partner through initial investment and early growth.

He is closely involved in founder assessment, team formation, and early-stage decision-making through Antler’s Residency, while also leading select post-Residency investments and supporting portfolio companies as they scale through the pre-seed and seed stages.

With over a decade of experience across venture capital, corporate ventures, and startup acceleration, Mohamed has worked hands-on with hundreds of early-stage founders and is focused on identifying real signals early and helping build durable companies from first principles.
