Anne-Laure Malauzat is the managing partner of Bain UAE and the leader of the EMEA Impact practice. She has over 15 years of experience and serves clients across our Public Sector and Government, Retail, and Social Impact practices.
She has led over 140 projects with senior stakeholders, advising government leaders, philanthropists, international organizations and CEOs focusing on AI, future of skills, socio-economic development, education and innovation.
She also works with private sector leaders and entrepreneurs in the retail and shopping mall space, supporting them in their growth, AI and innovation strategies.
For the last decade she has served as an advisor to multiple organizations such as Endeavor, MIT Solve, the Atlantic Council’s Women Innovators Fellowship Program, iamtheCODE Foundation and is a frequent speaker on impact, innovation, human capital development, education and AI topics. She was appointed a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2022. She is also a judge for the “World’s Best School Prizes”.
