She brings over 20 years of experience in tech and education, including her role as Chief Marketing Officer at Quest Education Group, where she architected the growth system that scaled the business from €105K to €13M ARR in just four years. Prior to that, Ahlem worked at Google on global partnerships, gaining first-hand insight into how world-class products scale across markets.
Since then, she has advised 230+ founders across Europe and the Middle East, helping them navigate the critical "Valley of Death" between Seed and Series A. Ahlem is known for her unconventional, systems-first methodology. She doesn’t just "run ads"; she builds the entire infrastructure from positioning and lead generation to CRM architecture and sales team performance. She is the person decision-makers call when marketing feels chaotic, customer acquisition costs are rising, or growth has stalled.
