H.E. OMAR SAIF GHOBASH is an author and diplomat, appointed as Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to The Holy See and Advisor to His Highness UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Previously, he served as Ambassador to France and Ambassador to Russia. He serves on the board of trustees of the Emirates Diplomatic Academy in Abu Dhabi. He studied Law at Oxford University and Mathematics at the University of London.
