Through my own hormonal health challenges in my early twenties came a passion for wellness & nutrition. I knew I had to take matters into my own hands and was able to heal naturally from a long list of health issues. I then decided to further my education and become a certified holistic nutritionist. I now work with predominantly women all over the world to better understand their bodies so that trending, gimmicky, fad diets no longer appeal to them.
