Azam Pasha has over two and a half decades of cross-industry experience as a head and senior advisor in supply chain management, infrastructure, finance, tech, and strategic consulting. He has set up, scaled, and managed businesses with cross-functional responsibilities across diverse markets.

He has both designed economic clusters for governments, and scaled new business-lines for private companies, focusing on re-engineering supply chains with either innovative business models or disruptive digital solutions. He has successfully combined insights from the private, government, and financial sectors to create innovative solutions that address complex business problems. His interest extends to advising on specialized risk management technologies like electronic and other forms trading ecosystems, digital finance, commodity asset tokenization, decentralized technologies (blockchain), and operational risk-data analytics, to enable businesses for better managing risk and volatility across global trade and agri-supply chains.

His career emphasis has been on applying academic research to corporate settings, unlocking commercial, financial, and social value, while building sustainability. His expertise is supported by advanced professional studies in project management and specialized technologies at Stanford, entrepreneurial ventures at Wharton, financial inclusion at Harvard, and doctoral research (advanced data and statistical analytics) in applied management sciences at SDA Bocconi. As a volunteer at Stanford GSB's SEED advisory network, he has advised on impact entrepreneurship and capacity building for scale-ups in Africa and India.

His applied research interests include areas of entrepreneurial and digital ecosystems specifically financially-inclusive data-driven digital supply-chain environs, embedded with advanced technologies, tokenization and applications, that deliver impact at grassroot level.
