Amal Bahloul is a producer, traveler and entrepreneur. She is a Third Culture Kid, born in New York, educated between the Middle East, France and the US, and ethnically Tunisian. She graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Management and a minor in Film Studies. She founded Lights, Camera, Learn, a youth-led organization that educates and empowers children through the art of filmmaking in 2016, after being inspired by her father to teach languages through the art of filmmaking. So far, she has produced 48 short films with over 400 kids in 7 countries. Amal is passionate about meaningful traveling that includes a rich cross- cultural exchange to break stereotypes that are very prevalent between the West and the MENA region. She is equally as passionate about empowering kids to continue their education regardless of whether or not they thrive in a traditional classroom setting.
